My favorite part is the commentator and the explosive celebration from the guy in blue.
I never would have guessed that there were professional paper airplane designers. Maybe I could have imagined that, but I definitely wouldn’t have guessed there was an entirely separate group of elite airplane throwers who train and focus solely on their paper-airplane-throwing abilities.
Wouldn’t you want to throw the thing if you spent the time crafting it? I guess at this level of competition you have to stick to your niche.
I’ve been fascinated with this concept ever since I saw Doc Brown’s alarm clock in Back to the Future
The Oatmeal posted a perfect depiction of stubborn media companies refusing to change. Wake up HBO, upgrade your archaic pie charts, and at least make it possible to sell to the modern consumer. The one that lives in reality, the one that doesn’t want to wait months after an entire season of a show is over to legally purchase and watch the first episode.
